how does it work?
When you climbs into a spa, the skin temperature rises in a short space of time, from a normal 31°C to a degree or so below the water temperature 37 – 39 °C, which is provoked by the agitation of the water. The effects of the temperature rise combined with the massaging action from the jets and air bubbles are threefold:

Blood flow increases, exercising the heart without a commensurate increase in pulse rate.

The increased blood flow also leads to an improved supply of nutrients and oxygen reaching the body cells, and dramatically speeds up the removal of fluids and waste products.
